Vi dico la verità. Quando ho chiesto di leggere Losing Hope non avevo delle grandi aspettative e vi spiego perchè. Dopo Slammed e Point of Retreat leggere This Girl, l’ho trovato un po’… inutile. So già che molti vorrebbero tirarmi i pomodori ma è ciò che ho provato. Ma questa volta leggendo Losing Hope mi è sembrato di leggere un libro totalmente diverso da Hopeless. L’Holder POV è un’altra cosa ancora. E’ vero gli eventi sono gli stessi ma se in Hopeless mi sono innamorata di Holder e di Sky in L.H. mi sono proprio innamorata di Dean. La sua storia parte da poco prima della morte di Les e da quel momento in poi è un crescendo di turbamenti, commozione e di vita, accompagnati da una sorta di diario con cui Holder scrive a sua sorella. Una storia toccante di amore, di amicizia e di VITA. Da non perdere, grazie a NetGalley per avermi dato l’opportunità di leggere questa perla. Lo porterò sempre nel mio cuore.
