Recensione: Beautiful bastard, nato dalla fanfiction the Office, non mi ha deluso. Il gioco tra Bennett e Cloe e' sempre vivo, pieno di sparks esattamente come la prima volta che l'ho letto. È' ben scritto e frizzante, nonostante il tema non proprio originale. La novità e' il rapporto tra i due protagonisti. Brillanti, in guerra perenne e dalla battuta sempre pronta, ma che nascondono delle grandi vulnerabilità che andando avanti li rendono decisamente più umani di come appaiono inizialmente (la perfezione non esiste). Ci sono però cose di cui avrei fatto volentieri a meno... Signore care, descrivere continuamente i vestiti dei protagonisti e questa mania della lingerie dopo un po' e' noiosa, possibile che non ci sia nient'altro da descrivere e da raccontare? Un piccolo sforzo in più l'avrei apprezzato. Nonostante questo il libro mi è piaciuto e si merita tutte le sue tre stelline. Grazie a netgalley che mi ha dato l'opportunità di leggere questo libro.
